The stats for June are in, 700.62 km (435.35 miles) in total. With last months total (739 km) that’s a total of 1440 km, by road that is enough to get to Santander in northern Spain where I was on holiday last week. Also enough to get to Halmsted in Sweden or Verona in Italy.

So, I decided to geek out and catalogue my weekly cycling distances, the stats for May are in, 739 kilometres (459 miles) in total. I’m cycling from London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation at the end of the month, which is why I managed 247 km in one week, a bit of training for the event. It’s a a worthy cause which I participated in last year, raising £285.
Just to make my statistical analysis even geekier I worked out that 739 km was enough to cycle from my house to either Cairndow (Scotland), Mainz (Germany) or Strasbourg (France).
